NON LOCAL RESIDENT
INITIATION: $500.00 ANNUAL DUES: $ 1100.00 __________
PLAN III:
AGE 70 AND OVER
INITIATION: $500.00 ANNUAL DUES: $ 1100.00 ________
To be eligible for this plan the member must be age 70 or above by January 1 of the membership year. For members who elect to pay quarterly your quarterly rate will be based on your age on the first day of each quarter(Jan.1, April 1, July 1. and Oct. 1)
PLAN IV:
SUPER SENIOR: INDIVIDUALS AGE 75 & ABOVE
This plan is available to an INDIVIDUAL age 75 and above on January 1 of the membership year who are EXISTING MEMBERS of BBCC NOT NEW MEMBERS.
INITIATION: N/A ANNUAL DUES: $950.00
Plan V PM Membership
Must Play after 12 Noon 7 days
Eligible for club functions but not MGA or LGA
Individual $900.00 no pool privileges
Family $ 1200.00 includes pool
Plan VI Military Family Membership (must be active duty)
Golf & Pool Privileges Annual Dues $550.00
To be eligile for this membership you must an active duty member of the armed forces and pay membership in full at time of application.
Plans I, II, III and IV include golf, pool and tennis privileges. In addition members may elect to pay their dues on a quarterly basis. If you choose to pay your dues on a quarterly basis there will be a $75.00 processing fee due in addition to the regularly quarterly dues. This processing fee is due with the first quarterly payment due by January 1 of the membership year. This fee is non refundable in any manner.
Any membership that is more than 10 days past due on the annual or quarterly membership plan is subject to late charges and/or cancellation of all membership rights.
PLAN VII :
POOL AND TENNIS
INITIATION: $200.00 ANNUAL DUES: $500.00
Annual dues for plan IV are due by May 1 of the membership year. Any membership more than 10 days past due is subject to late charges.
BBCC CLUB POLICIES
ANY MEMBERSHIP DUES UNDER ANY PLAN THAT BECOME 30 DAYS PAST DUE WILL BE TERMINATED. TO REJOIN THE TERMINATED MEMBER WILL BE REQUIRED TO PAY THE PAST DUE DUES AND LATE CHARGES IN ADDITION TO ALL CHARGES FOR A NEW MEMBERSHIP.
ALL APPLICATIONS ARE SUBJECT TO APPROVAL BY CAROLINA COASTAL MANAGEMENT ASSOCIATES NORTH INC. ALL MEMBERS ARE SUBJECT TO ALL RULES AND REGULATION PROMULGATED AS NEED ARISES. MEMBERS WHO DO NOT ABIDE BY RULES AND REGULATIONS OF CAROLINA COASTAL MANAGEMENT ASSOCIATES NORTH INC. AND BRANDYWINE BAY WILL LOSE ALL MEMBERSIP RIGHTS WITHOUT REFUND OR RECOURSE.
A FAMILY IS DEFINED AS THE MAIN APPLICANT, THE SPOUSE (EVEN IF THE SPOUSE DOES NOT INTEND TO USE ANY PART OF THE MEMBERSHIP), AND ANY CHILDREN UNDER THE AGE 0F 18 AND UNDER STILL LIVING AT THE ADDRESS USED FOR THE PURPOSE OF THIS APPLICATION AND ARE STILL SHOWN AS LEGAL DEPENDENTS OF THE APPLICANT AND SPOUSE.
